Keep Forms display language consistent with user account language settings

Previously Forms display language would change based on the browser languages, after the change Forms display language (eg. user-facing UI language, button language, string language. etc.) will keep consistent with user’s language settings in his/her persona Microsoft or Office Account (AAD).

If users want to change the UI language they see in Forms, they can change the language settings in AAD, this is the standard UI language across other Office 365 Apps.

Forms: Split sending and sharing entry point

We are making it easier to share a Form with a collaborator or with respondents by clearly separating out the sharing process.

This is a follow up to MC24233. Based on feedback, we made the decision to make additional changes before we proceeded with the full rollout. We are now ready to move forward and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback and patience.

Microsoft Forms will not only surface it portal page on office hub, but we will also reroute partial traffic to forms.office.com and forms.microsoft.com. Then user will be able to find Collection on the portal page with some other minor improvements.

All Forms users could easily find and explore high quality 1st party templates on portal page through different business categories like build better events, grow product success, improve employee satisfaction, digitalize business process and create engaging learning environment (for EDU).

Forms distribution and email notification feature

Microsoft Forms will soon enable a feature that will allow users to share a Form/survey directly with other users and distribution lists within the organization which will also include automated follow up emails and updates.

Forms: Allow up to 5 million Responses per Form/Quiz

The number of responses allowed per Form/Quiz is being increased from 50,000 to 5 million. After a Form passes 50,000 responses, the form can continue to collect additional responses and the Form owner can export the results as a .csv file for further analysis
