We are announcing the access Copilot for Sales usage data via the Viva Insights Analyst Workbench feature for Copilot for Sales. This feature will reach general availability on November 15, 2024.

How does this affect me?

Using Viva Insights, you’ll have access to key Copilot for Sales usage metrics via the Viva Insights Analyst Workbench, where you can use a set of provided Power BI templates or build your own custom reports.
