New capabilities coming soon to the communication compliance solution in the Microsoft 365 compliance center will give you additional guidance and control over your policy settings.

When this will happen

Rollout will begin in mid-April and is expected to be complete by early May.

How this will affect your organization

The new ability to pause a policy will enable a Communication Compliance administrator to manually suspend evaluations of communications as needed.

The new policy health check will provide visibility into the storage consumption of each Communication Compliance policy.
