Teams meetings to support view-only attendees

We originally communicated this in MC240169 (Feb ’21). Currently, Teams meetings are limited to 300 users. If someone tries to join a meeting after it reaches capacity, they are unable to do so. With this update, meeting organizers who are assigned an appropriate license will be able to host a Teams meeting that has overflow capacity.

New conditions available for auto-labeling in Exchange Online

This update introduces new conditions for auto-labeling in Exchange Online. A policy can now apply a label to mail based on sender, recipient, subject, or header matches without requiring you to scan for sensitive content.

Impact on preview connections created on Microsoft built Graph connectors

We communicated the preview availability of three, Microsoft built, on-prem Graph connectors (Windows file share, MSSQL, Oracle DB, Enterprise websites) in MC248003 (March ’21). We are pleased to share these connectors will be moving to GA in late April.

Skype for Business Online Connector Retirement

Teams: Create tasks from Teams chats or channel posts

This new feature will allow users to create Tasks from Teams chats or channel posts and enable them to identify tasks that arise naturally in Teams conversations while ensuring important work isn’t overlooked. This will rollout on Microsoft Teams desktop and mobile.

Adding translator service to Service Health Dashboard

This new translator toggle feature on the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) page will use Microsoft’s translation service to automatically translate the content of Incidents and advisories to the language selected by user.

New policy settings available to control the feedback users can send to Microsoft
