Your organization may have a lot of teams that you use to drive communication and collaboration among your frontline workforce, who are spread across different stores, locations, and roles. Currently, there isn’t an easy solution to deploy, set up, and manage these teams and users at scale.
With this release, users will have the ability to create folders and organize content inside Microsoft 365 Groups mailbox using Outlook on the web.
Groups users will be able to create folders inside the Groups section in Outlook mail module. Users can move and copy messages across different folders inside of the Group. We are also releasing support for Rules inside Groups mailbox. With rules, users can automate the organization of incoming Groups mails. Once users have created folders, they will be able to view and access the deleted folder of the Group.
We are releasing an update to a Sharepoint feature that has already rolled out. With this change, sites created from the SharePoint app bar won’t be automatically associated with a hub.

With this capability, you will be able to create groups of network share paths and designate restrictive actions for each group within your DLP policy in Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention.
To simplify the customer experience for managing Exchange account settings and avoiding duplication, we are removing the ‘Archive’ tab of the Data Lifecycle Management solution in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal.
