This message post is a reminder of the ongoing progress of retiring TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols in Microsoft 365.
As previously communicated (MC126199 in Dec 2017, MC128929 in Feb 2018, MC186827 in July 2019, and MC218794 in July 2020), we are moving all our online services to Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2+ to provide best in class encryption, and to ensure our services is more secure by default. The changes to enforce TLS1.2+ in our service started on October 15, 2020 and will continue to propagate through all Microsoft 365 environments for the next few months. If you have not taken steps to prepare for this change, your connectivity to Microsoft 365 might be impacted.
We will be retiring the features Firstline worker and Firstline manager policy packages. Instead we recommend the utilization of Frontline worker or Frontline Manager policy packages, which is where we will continue to invest.
As part of our rebranding efforts we will be retiring the Firstline worker and Firstline manager policy packages and introduce the Frontline worker and Frontline manager policy packages. The policy settings will remain the same in the new packages.
As previously communicated in MC222601 (September 2020) we are following up with more details on Microsoft Graph connectors for Microsoft Search. This release includes several connectors available within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center such as ServiceNow, Enterprise websites, MediaWiki, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and more.
This feature update improves upon the user dictation experience in Word (Win32), Outlook (Win32), and Word for Mac with the addition of the Dictation toolbar, voice commands and auto punctuation support.
