We have maintenance planned for the Power Platform admin center.

How does this affect me?

During the maintenance window, you may encounter an error when attempting to create a support case through the Power Platform admin center. All other aspects of the Help + Support page, as well as other areas of the Power Platform admin center will remain functional during the maintenance window.

What action do I need to take?

Please communicate this maintenance window to users in your organization responsible for creating support cases. If one of those users attempts to submit a case and receives an error, please wait for the end of the maintenance window and attempt to create the case again. For critical cases that require immediate assistance, please contact Customer Support.
