Upcoming change to Power Apps apps within a developer environment

Beginning mid-December, 2021, apps launched in a developer environment will begin displaying a notification that the app is running in a developer environment, and is intended for development and testing purposes.

What action do I need to take?

No action is required.

Optionally, in Power Platform Admin Center Analytics, you may audit if there are many end-users running apps in developer environments and consider migrating these apps to a non-developer environment.

You can leverage Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management capabilities to migrate apps to different environments.
