Microsoft 365 Copilot in Forms will help users collect and monitor form responses, reducing manual effort. It requires a Copilot license and will be available globally from early to late April 2025. Users will receive email notifications for reminders and insights, and can analyze data in Excel. No admin action is needed.

When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out early April 2025 and expect to complete by late April 2025.
How this will affect your organization:
After this rollout, users of Copilot in Forms can specify their goal and deadline, and have Copilot track the form’s progress. Forms can notify users through email when it’s time to send a reminder or when insights are ready so users can easily continue their analysis with Microsoft 365 Copilot in Excel.

This rollout will happen automatically by the specified dates with no admin action required before the rollout. Review your current configuration to assess the impact on your organization. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation.
