Dynamics 365 Customer Service – Information regarding the end of support for legacy Conversation Topics

Starting July 31, 2025, the legacy version of Case and Conversation Topics features in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Contact Center will have reached end of support.

How does this affect me?

After July 31, 2025, this feature will be removed, and users will no longer be able to utilize it in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Contact Center.

What action do I need to take?
