We are announcing the ability to orchestrate journeys using any marketing interaction in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. This feature will reach general availability on July 1, 2025.

This feature enables you to leverage marketing interaction triggers to orchestrate or branch customer journeys, engaging with your customers based on interactions they have with your marketing messages.
