Microsoft Teams: People count captured by Cloud IntelliFrame in the Pro Management portal reports

Introduction

We’re enhancing the Teams Rooms usage report in the Teams Rooms Pro Management portal by updating the people count column to include data captured by Cloud IntelliFrame. This update provides IT admins with more accurate and actionable occupancy insights, helping optimize meeting space utilization. This message applies to Teams on Surface devices and Web.

When this will happen:

General Availability (Worldwide, GCC): Rolling out in October 2025; expected completion by end of October 2025.
