Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot – Experience changes in email summary in Outlook
We are announcing changes to the email summary in Outlook for Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot. This feature will reach general availability on April 30, 2026.
How does this affect me?
This feature update integrates the email summary in Outlook with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, allowing users to review an email summary when users select Sales agent. The email summary provided by Sales agent contains sales insights and information from related CRM entities.
