By default, Teams Meetings supports up to 9 videos in Gallery. Now, using Large Gallery, users can view up to 49 videos at once in meetings.
For quick ad-hoc sessions that don’t require setting up a formal meeting, people can use Teams casting to wirelessly connect to a Teams Room and display content from the Teams desktop client (Windows and Mac). Users can broadcast their screen and cast content stored locally on their computer or accessible via Office 365.
Admins can see group policy assignments in activity log along with other policy operations. Activity log has now enhanced details regarding a policy operation to give admins more visibility.
Admins will have an option to quickly play a simple video/gif available for a policy attribute to understand the impact of policy control on end user experience and decide whether to enable it or disable it for the users in their org.
Admins can cleanup individual policy assignments from users in bulk, so that those users can inherit the correct policy either via a group policy assignment or global org-wide default.
Workflows let you automate repetitive tasks or processes that connect one or more apps to Teams. In short, they can save you time and effort. Teams users will be able to browse, add, and manage this unified platform capability from the Teams store and from several other contexts within Teams. Many workflows run automatically without further user action once they’ve been set up; others can be run manually from the messaging area in Teams or from individual messages.
