Microsoft Editor in Outlook on the web will now offer writing refinements and suggest conversation tone.
You can extend permissions to have your delegate manage email and calendar events on your behalf by granting permission to read, create, change or delete items in your folders. Colleagues who have delegate permissions can add a Delegate Mailbox account to Outlook for iOS.
To help create better boundaries and protect your personal time, later this year Viva Insights will offer the ability to configure quiet time to silence mobile notifications from Outlook and Teams outside your working hours as well as provide personalized insights on how well you are disconnecting.
