We are announcing the Connect your data to Azure OpenAI for generative answers feature for Copilot Studio. This feature allows you to connect data through the Azure OpenAI Service in Copilot Studio, allowing agents to use resources from Azure through the generative answers node. This feature will reach general availability on May 1, 2025.

How does this affect me?

This feature uses Azure OpenAI models and Azure AI Search to index data and provide agents with responses while complying with your organizational policies.

What do I need to do to prepare?
