Dynamics 365 Contact Center – Broaden region coverage of voice channel
We are announcing the ability to use the voice channel in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Government Community Cloud Moderate (GCC-M) regions in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach general availability on October 31, 2025
How does this affect me?
The voice channel will be available in the UAE and GCC-M regions. In GCC-M, the voice channel will be available via Direct Routing.
