We are announcing the ability to engage leads with deeper knowledge by connecting any data source to a Sales Development agent in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on May 1, 2026.

This feature enables you to connect any data source to a Sales Development agent by leveraging Power Platform connectors or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. This allows you to drive automated customer conversations that are grounded in the best, most accurate information about your leads.
