Microsoft Forms Portal page will soon be receiving some overall experience updates.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 88945.

When this will happen:

We expect to begin rolling this out in mid-April and expect the rollout to be completed by mid-May.

How this will affect your organization:

Forms users will be more likely to access their Forms in an intuitive way.

• Users should be able to find “create forms” vs “create quiz” separately
• Microsoft forms templates will be lit up on the portal page
• The overall structure and tabs on the new portal page are refined so users can find the “my forms” much easier
• The Collection also is easy to locate underneath “My forms” tab.

What you need to do to prepare:

No action required but you may want to update your documentation accordingly.
