Microsoft 365 Copilot in Forms will be updated in April 2025 to help users refine and edit their forms more easily. A Copilot license is required. The update will provide tailored suggestions for content, settings, and styling. No admin action is needed before the rollout. More details are available in the linked support articles.

When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out early April 2025 and expect to complete by late April 2025.
How this will affect your organization:
After this rollout, Copilot in Forms can help review a form and provide tailored and proactive suggestions to improve content, settings, styling, and more. Users can enter a prompt in the Copilot chat box to ask Copilot to help with editing and refinement.
