We are announcing the Get automated insights for seamless customer meeting preparation feature for Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales. This feature delivers automated insights directly in Teams. With a pre-meeting prep card, you’ll stay informed about key opportunities, past interactions, and strategic action items. This feature will reach general availability on May 5, 2025.

How does this affect me?
This feature streamlines meeting preparation by providing out-of-the-box AI-generated insights in a pre-meeting prep card. The prep card includes:
- Meeting Essentials: Key details such as title, time, participant acceptance status, and agenda.
- Matched opportunity and account: Identifies and connects relevant CRM records as well as key attributes of the opportunity from CRM.
- Recent communications: Summarized insights from past customer meetings, even those you missed.
- Key contacts: A list of relevant CRM contacts attending the meeting.
- Strategic insights: Identifies key risks, follow-up actions, and crucial discussion points from previous meetings.
