Microsoft 365 network connectivity test for Microsoft 365 Copilot is generally available

The Microsoft 365 network connectivity test for Microsoft 365 Copilot is rolling out worldwide to general availability.

A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is not required to use this feature.

When this will happen:

General Availability (Worldwide): We began rolling out in late March 2025 and expect to complete by early April 2025.

How this will affect your organization:

With this tool, users can locally run a network connectivity test to measure the performance from their device and location and then share the report with others or with Microsoft customer support team to diagnose network issues.

After this rollout, admin and users can run the connectivity tests including The test for Copilot from https://connectivity.m365.cloud.microsoft:
