We are announcing the Publish connector actions to multiple Copilot deployments feature for Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature grants administrators the ability to reuse connector actions across multiple Copilot deployments. This feature reached general availability on April 21, 2025.

How does this affect me?

This change eliminates the need to recreate connector actions for every deployment, saving time and reducing manual configuration tasks. You will be able to reuse previously published connector actions across various Copilot deployments with just a few clicks. This streamlines processes and ensures consistent functionality across different use cases, such as Copilot for Sales and Copilot for Customer Service. The feature will be enabled by default, requiring no additional configuration to benefit from it.
