Planned Maintenance: Microsoft Forms

We have maintenance planned for Microsoft Forms:

• Starting Nov 13, 2021.
• Ending December 13, 2021.

As part of the European Union Data Boundary (EUDB) commitment, the “Shared with me” forms list (“Shared with me” is the 3rd tab in the Forms Start page on forms.office.com) will be migrated from US data centers -> EU data centers

• If any users in your tenant have forms Shared with them, they will be included in this migration
• This migration is scheduled to begin on November 13, 2021 and complete for all impacted tenants by December 13,2021.
• There will be no user facing impact or experience degradation or experience changes due to this migration. It is completely transparent to users
