Microsoft Outlook: Calendar board view data export retiring June 15, 2024
The ability to export data from the retired calendar board view in Microsoft Outlook will be discontinued on June 15, 2024. Users should export their data before this date to prevent data loss.
We retired the calendar board view in Microsoft Outlook as communicated in MC554157 Outlook – Calendar board view retirement (June 2023). After we retired the calendar board view, users were able to export board data using Settings > General > Privacy and data in Microsoft Outlook for the web and new Microsoft Outlook for Windows. As of June 15, 2024, we are retiring the ability to export board data. We recommend exporting your data before June 15 to avoid data loss.
