Microsoft Outlook: Improved suggested times for meetings

Microsoft Outlook will soon introduce an improved ‘Find a time’ feature for meeting scheduling, offering more intuitive suggested times. This update, part of Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 396574, will start rolling out in early July 2024 and complete by late July 2024. No admin action is required before the rollout.

Coming soon to new Microsoft Outlook for Windows and web: We have improved how suggested times are shown when scheduling a meeting. To make it easier for a meeting organizer to find a suitable meeting time based on everyone’s availability, we redesigned the suggestion times tiles to be more intuitive. Suggested times are now accessed from the new Find a time menu. This message applies to new Outlook for Windows and the web.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 396574.
