Microsoft Viva Engage: Changes to iOS app minimum support

Starting June 3, 2024, Microsoft Viva Engage will no longer support the app on iOS devices with iOS 15 or earlier. Users must have iOS 16 or later to receive new updates, although the app will still function on older versions without new updates. No admin action is required before the rollout.

If your organization does not support iOS, you can ignore this message.

Beginning June 3, 2024, we will retire support for the Viva Engage app on iOS devices running iOS 15 or earlier. iOS 16 or later will be required. Devices running iOS 15 or earlier will still be able to use Viva Engage after the rollout but won’t receive new Engage app updates. 

What you need to do to prepare:

This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
