New service plan enabled for Microsoft Purview Customer Lockbox
You will soon see a new service plan associated with your Microsoft 365 or Office 365 license: Customer Lockbox (A).
When this will happen:
Rollout will begin in early October 2023 and complete by late October 2023.
How this will affect your organization:
A new service plan, Customer Lockbox (A), will be added to your Microsoft 365 or Office 365 license. This service plan optimizes Microsoft Purview Customer Lockbox for you and the various Microsoft 365 services that it supports.
What you need to do to prepare:
No action is required as this update will not impact user workflow or admin experience. You may wish to make a note of the new service plan name for your records.
