Outlook: Ability to hide Favorites from folder list

The Hide Favorites feature allows users to personalize their folder pane by hiding the Favorites
section. By default, Favorites will be visible, but with this feature, users have the option to hide the Favorites experience from their view.

Once hidden, users can always go back and unhide their Favorites.
