Outlook: Automatic file name replacement and permission management when sharing a file as a link

The new Outlook for Mac will automatically shorten links and assign the file name for OneDrive and SharePoint files using the document’s name as URL. With this update you can also see and manage the files’ permissions. Note: Legacy Outlook for Mac won’t receive this update.
