Outlook: Intune policy available for specific primary account in the new Outlook for Windows

This adds Intune policy in the new Outlook for Windows to a specific primary account based on Active Directory Primary SMTP address. This will ease the setup process for new managed devices and guarantee that company policies will always be respected. #newoutlookforwindows
