We have a brand new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) experience in app to give you easier, faster access to top answers about Outlook. These FAQs are accessible in the Outlook Mobile app through Settings > Help & Feedback > FAQs.
When this will happen
This is available now on the latest version of the Outlook Mobile app.
How this will affect your organization
We released a brand new version of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) experience on February 25th, 2021.
What you need to do to prepare
Most users will see the new FAQ experience automatically. However, if a user is unable to access the FAQs on their Outlook Mobile app, they will need to update their Outlook Mobile app. It is strongly recommended that users update to the latest version of the Outlook Mobile app on March 2nd, 2021 in order to have the best and most up to date experience.
