Outlook: Support for Storing S/MIME Certificates in Contacts in New Outlook

The new Outlook will now allow users to store S/MIME encryption certificates within their Contacts. This enables users to save certificates directly in contact entries and use them to send S/MIME encrypted emails to the contacts. #newoutlookforwindows
