We have added two new email domains that will be used to send out notifications from Microsoft Teams (emeaemail.teams.microsoft.com and emea.teams.registration.microsoft.com)

When will this happen:

Starting July 13, 2022

How this will affect your organization:

You are receiving this message because our reporting indicates one or more users in your organization are using Missed Activity Emails

What you need to do to prepare:

This is a cautionary step .

In case you have spam rules that would prevent emails from these domains in reaching your mailboxes ,you need to whitelist these domains to be able to receive Teams notifications.

If theres no such spam rule or the existing rule will not block these domains , No action would be needed.
