We are introducing updates to the Power apps license consumption experience designed to improve Power Apps licensing management. These changes will begin rolling out on December 8, 2025, based on geographic region, and will be available in all regions by December 19, 2025.

How does this affect me?
This update will introduce the following improvements:

- Pay-As-You-Go: View the number of billing plans set up for Power Apps.
- Additional Insights: Month-over-month trends for per-user license and app pass consumption.
New admin options:
- Download detailed license consumption data, including how licenses were consumed based on app launches.
- Identify users who have assigned licenses but have not launched an app recently.
- Manage allocation of app passes directly from this experience for better control and governance.
- Updated layout with the new license consumption report tiles.
- Removal of the “License Type” column from the summary.
