Power Platform admin center – Public Preview information about Reassign Team and Convert Owner team to Access team

Starting on June 3, 2024, the public preview for Reassign Team and Convert Owner team to Access team will be made available in the Power Platform admin center (PPAC).

How does this affect me?

If you were previously using the legacy version of reassigning records and converting Owner teams to access teams, you can now use PPAC to perform the following operations:

  • The Reassign records command allows you to change the owner of multiple records. The command is shown when a single team is selected and it will move all records owned by the selected team, regardless of state, to another user or team.
  • The Convert to Access Team command allows you to change the team type from Owner to Access. The command is shown when an owner team is selected.

What action do I need to take?
