PowerPoint: Select templates to ensure Copilot generated presentation meets your design guidelines
PowerPoint users can now select templates to ensure Copilot-generated presentations meet design guidelines. The rollout begins in May 2025. Ensure your Office Template Library is set up and enterprise templates are uploaded. More details are available under Microsoft 365 Roadmap IDs 485179 (Mac), 485180 (Desktop), and 485181 (Web).
You can now select templates from a collection provided by your organization to ensure On-brand Copilot-generated presentations or from a handpicked collection of Microsoft templates to ensure beautiful design of Copilot-generated presentations.

When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in early May 2025 and expect to complete by late May 2025.
How this will affect your organization:
With template selection available in Copilot, users would beable to ensure On-Brand output by selecting Enterprise templates and createbeautifully generated presentations by selecting from a handpicked range ofMicrosoft templates.
What you need to do to prepare:
Template selection will be available automatically inCopilot. However, make sure that you have setup your Office Template Libraryand uploaded your enterprise templates as per instructions here: Create an organization assets library toensure enterprise templates are available to users in your organization.
