Microsoft Teams: Enable quick and easy navigation from message search result to location in chat
When users click one message result from TM Search, they will be navigated quickly to the location in chat.

When users click one message result from TM Search, they will be navigated quickly to the location in chat.
Users will be able to see more and richer suggestions while running a search query in the Teams mobile app.
Users will see external people from Extended Directory in the Teams mobile app search.
Users can search for people and a keyword together to find messages and more related to a certain person.
Compact chat list is a feature addition that is coming to compact mode. Users in compact mode will now have hidden message previews in their chat list. This new design will enable users to keep messages more private, view more chats in their chat list and navigate the chat list more easily. This feature addition to the existing compact mode will be rolling out across Microsoft Teams Desktop and Web and will provide a condensed view of the chat list for compact mode users.

We are introducing a new app sharing feature in Microsoft Teams, enabling users to share apps directly from the app details dialog to a chat, group chat, or channel.

Control Messages are system generated messages on Microsoft Teams when an activity or event occurs. For example, User A added User B to a chat and shared all chat history. Export API, an information archiving solution for Teams, goes beyond the user-generated Teams message and provides support to archive Teams control messages. As part of this release, Export API will support member add and member remove messages in the context of Teams, chats, and channels.

With this update, Teams Panels will support reserving a room using a QR code. This feature lets Microsoft Teams users book a room for meetings now, in the future, or add the room to an existing meeting by scanning a QR code on the scheduling panel and using the Teams app on their Android or iOS mobile phones.
New org-wide application permissions and RSC application permissions have been introduced to allow apps to access meeting recordings for a specific meeting. Resource specific consent (RSC) permissions, specifically enables admins to authorize users to provide consent to apps, so they get specific access to a Teams meeting’s recordings to which it is installed to, rather than providing them access across the entire tenant.
