Deploying Teams at Scale
enables your admins to deploy up to 500 teams and add 25 users per team using
one Teams PowerShell command and 2 csv files. This allows admins to meet their
organization’s scale needs and significantly reduces deployment time. Admins
can also use this solution to add and remove members from existing teams at
scale.
We will be retiring the support for ‘My activity’ in Teams mobile Activity App. This will be retired from other clients in the future.
Activity will now support only activities directed to you (the option to view activities initiated by you will be retired).
You can now check the attendance information for regular meetings or webinars and also the registration information before webinars on Microsoft Teams for Android and iOS.
Microsoft Teams apps help facilitate collaboration and enhance team productivity. Some organizations choose to control which apps their users can use, blocking apps from use until IT has reviewed and approved them. For these organizations, the recent app discovery update (MC350372) enables users to indicate which blocked apps they want to use, allowing IT to focus their attention on the apps their users want. As always, IT retains control over which apps their users can use.
We heard from some IT organizations that they have existing processes to manage how users should request access to apps, and they want to use these same processes for approving Teams apps as well. In response, we are adding optional organizational settings to enable Teams admins to customize the experience for their users to request access to apps that are blocked from use. These settings include:
If meeting organizer set the “Record automatically” meeting option to on for a meeting, Transcription will be turned on together with Recording when the meeting starts, if transcription is allowed by admins. This will make recording playback experience accessible.
Video clip is a new feature in Microsoft Teams that enables the user to record, review, send and view short, lightweight video message in Teams chat from desktop and mobile.

Suggested Replies present users with an option of three responses to choose from for selected messages and is now available to your users in Teams Desktop.
Share to Teams now supports App based Link Unfurling. Now if a user uses ‘Share to Teams’ module to share a link which supports App based Link Unfurling,
1) the link will unfurl into an Adaptive Card if the App is already installed for the user.2) the user will be prompted to install the App if not already installed for the user.
Teams Rooms on Windows users can join Teams meetings using a meeting ID and passcode. This significantly improves meeting join experience for meetings across tenants or where room was not invited to the meeting.
Teams Rooms on Windows is updating the user interface to share HDMI and content camera in the meeting. The new experience provides a better task completion and provides experience clarity for in room users, ensuring that the users can easily share content in the meeting.
