Teams will now enable users to select the default download location where they would like to have their files downloaded. This is applicable only on the desktop client. Teams on the web will continue to honor the setting in the browser.

Currently, if you change your lobby policy in a Teams Meeting to “Invited Users Only” and invite a Distribution List (DL), only the first 1,000 users of that DL will be recognized and let through the lobby. All other users a part of the DL will not be recognized and will be placed in the lobby. With this update, up to 10,000 users of that given DL will be recognized and let through the lobby if the lobby policy is set to “Invited Users Only.”
GCC-High customers will be able to build and deploy bots in their Microsoft Teams environment. This release supports custom, line-of-business bots.
Presenters are able to start collaborative annotation for all participants or just the presenter to annotate on shared screen content.
An IT admin can turn on “owners can delete sent messages” and assign this messaging policy to a user or group of users. This policy must be applied before channel owner/s can see “owners can delete sent messages” option on Member Permissions through Manage Team – Settings. If this option is enabled, channel owner/s who were assigned the policy will be permitted to delete chat messages in the main window and meeting window.
Attendee removal from chat is now restricted to organizers.
A new Automatic Grouping will be available in Teams as a suggestion to use in channel posts. Users will be able to use “@Team Owners” in a channel posting and all Team Owners will be notified. This functionality will be available in both Web and Mobile.

Microsoft Teams chat can be accessed directly from Dynamics 365 allowing users to continue existing chats or create new individual or group chats.
Users will only have to sign into their e-sign provider account once every 30 days. They will also be able to logout of a particular e-sign provider account.
