This
feature enables users on VMware on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to make
an emergency call while working from home. It will allow users to validate (and
if necessary, edit) the address that will be communicated to emergency
responders.
Teams is adding support for Azure AD’s internal guest users (users whose UserType value is “guest” with credentials managed by the host organization either on-prem or in the cloud). These internal user would sign-into Teams like any other users and would be able to collaborate with other users in the host organization.
Note: This change is to support legacy scenarios (formerly known as guest user state 3 and 4), that may have blocked organizations from utilizing internal guest access previously. This change does not impact existing guest access settings.
This new feature will place all of the view related options that are found in Teams Meetings (Gallery, Large Gallery, Together Mode) into a separate, dedicated menu called View Switcher. This will show up on the top left of the meeting window.

A new search results experience in Teams for Desktop clients will be launched to make finding messages, people, answers and files faster and more intuitive. This redesigned search results page features better context, faster results, improved filtering capabilities with AI-powered relevance based on the people and content you engage with most in Teams and other Microsoft 365 services.

templates enable end users to create the right team with predefined channels
and preinstalled apps. Select Microsoft provided team templates will include a new
Power Automate tab. In the tab, you can find a variety of Power Automate flow
templates that support the template type.
Enterprise Information Archiving (EIA) for Microsoft Teams is a key scenario for our customer as it allows them to solve for retention, indexing, e-discovery, classification, and regulatory requirements. The Teams Export API allows the export of Teams Messages (1:1 and group chat) along with attachments (file links and sticker), emojis, GIFs and user @Mentions. This API supports polling daily Teams messages and allows archiving of deleted messages up to 30 days.
The spam call notification feature automatically evaluates incoming calls and identifies probable spam calls as “spam likely” in the call toast. Users still have the option to answer or reject the call, and all “spam likely” calls (regardless of whether they were answered or rejected) will also be reflected in the call history list.
