Users can enable call forwarding directly from phone device home screen (including common area phones). Admins can control display of call forwarding on phone device home screen through Teams Admin Center.
Microsoft Teams will allow call delegators and delegates to see shared call history records for the shared line, starting late April 2024. There is no impact to tenants or admins, and the rollout will happen automatically. Users may want to update relevant documentation.
Microsoft Teams is introducing Quick attach, which displays recent and contextually relevant files when attaching a file to a Teams chat or channel post. This feature will save time when attaching files. The rollout will not affect existing file attachment options and will be limited to certain file formats. No action is needed to prepare for this rollout.
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows will allow end users to change the language of the app, with the same language choices as the desktop app. The feature will roll out globally by late April 2024. Users must restart the device for the language change to take effect, and admins should enable the language change option through a setting in Skypesettings.xml.
Available for in-tenant participants, the meeting pre-join screen will now include contextual information about the meeting like meeting title, scheduled start time, scheduled end time, and number of participants who have joined the call.
The Teams town hall Graph APIs allow users to create, update, and delete town hall events.

This rollout will allow users who have set up SharePoint eSignature in their tenant to track eSignature requests in the Approvals app in Microsoft Teams. Users will be notified about new requests, will be updated about ongoing requests, and will be able to initiate signing the document all within their flow of work in Microsoft Teams.
Now available on mobile, Copilot in Teams responses have a citation number at the end of each Copilot statement that provides detail on the meeting artifact or source that Copilot used to generate the response, like the meeting transcript. Users can select the citation to see which speaker the citation is attributed to, the exact quote from the transcript, as well as the time stamp of the quote in the transcript. Selecting a reference number will open a transcript viewer that displays the source of the response.
When using Teams on mobile phones, users can now transfer their ongoing Teams calls to the phone’s native dialer, without any disruption or loss of context.
