The July 2024 non-security preview update is now available for Windows 10, version 22H2. The non-security preview update for Windows 11, versions 23H2 and 22H2 will be available soon. Highlights for the Windows 10, version 22H2 update:
- This update addresses an issue with Print Support App. When you use the app with a USB device, the app stops responding and does not print. This issue also limits the functions of the user interface.
- This update addresses an issue with Universal Print clients failing to communicate with the Universal Print service. This affects printing functions. This issue occurs when you turn on Web Proxy Auto Discovery (WPAD).
- This update addresses an issue with Windows Backup sometimes failing. This occurs when a device has an Extensible Firmware Interface (EFI) system partition (ESP).
