View your organization’s prompts in the redesigned Copilot Prompt Gallery app soon

The Copilot Prompt Gallery app is being redesigned with a new home page and enhanced prompt browsing. It will allow users to create, publish, and manage organizational prompts. Public preview starts in late April 2025, with general availability in early May 2025. Ensure Teams apps and Prompts app are enabled.

We are excited to announce the upcoming redesign of the Copilot Prompt Gallery app. This update will introduce a new home page and an enhanced prompt browsing experience, making it easier for your users to navigate and utilize the app. Additionally, we are expanding the functionality of the Copilot Prompt Gallery by enabling you to create, publish, and manage organizational prompts tailored to the unique needs of your organization. This will allow your users to browse and engage with prompts directly within the app, enhancing their productivity and collaboration.

When this will happen:

Public Preview: We will begin rolling out late April 2025 and complete by late April 2025.

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling early May 2025 and complete by mid-May 2025

How this will affect your organization:

Your users will see a redesigned Copilot Prompt Gallery app that introduces a home page and updated prompt browsing experience. In addition, we’re expanding the value of Copilot Prompt Gallery by enabling you to create, publish, and manage organizational prompts tailored to the unique needs of your organization. Prompts your organization has published will be available for your users to browse and engage directly in the Copilot Prompt Gallery app.

What you need to do to prepare:

Copilot Prompt Gallery app will be available for your users to install if:

  1. Teams apps are enabled for your tenant: Customize default settings for Teams apps that work on Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app
  2. Prompts app has been configured for users in your tenant to install: How to manage the availability of an app in your organization
