Microsoft Planner sends out an email notification to users when a new task is assigned to them. We are releasing few changes to the email template to improve the visual design and make the task deep links more relevant to the user.
When this will happen:
The Planner task notes field will support rendering rich text formatting (bold, italics, underline, and more) and image previews. Users can insert rich text and images into task notes.

You can now move tasks to any plan you’re a member of. Comments cannot move to a plan in a different group, and labels do not move across plans.
