As announced at Ignite 2022, the ability to rename your SharePoint domain URL is generally available to organizations that have less than 10,000 total sites (including OneDrive and SharePoint sites).
When this will happen:

The HR site brings together all of the information your employees need to navigate the complexities of employment and benefits. Our new Event template includes many great layout suggestions and will highlight any upcoming event you are planning.
SharePoint is updating the site detail panel to include Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups information.

We are introducing 3 new SharePoint site templates dedicated to helping you create sites for your HR department, to showcase Events, and a template powered by Microsoft Syntex to do contract management.
As communicated in MC278815 (August ’21) Microsoft 365 apps and services ended providing support for Internet Explorer 11 in August, 2021.
Beginning mid-January, 2023, access to SharePoint Online and OneDrive from Internet Explorer 11 will be hard blocked for all users. Users should access these services through a modern browser, and we recommend Microsoft Edge as a faster, more innovative browser than IE11.
You can now import from a CSV file to create a list with it. The Export to CSV feature is also augmented with schema, so when you import, your source and destination lists will look identitical, down to all the custom formatting, choice pills, richtext based editing etc.
Microsoft Lists templates will begin to leverage integration with the Approvals app in Microsoft Teams. When you specify the approver within your list item, the request will appear in the Approvals app in Teams or can be approved directly within the list. Once approved, the list item status is updated.
Expand your custom organizational templates by packaging rules into them – alongside the ability to pre-program the list schema (columns), formatting, and more.
Several of the out-of-box list templates will now come with rules pre-packaged into them, to help you keep you and your team members notified of distinct changes in your list items.
Create Lookup columns in modern list user interface – no settings page required. This means you can program a list item (column) to ‘lookup’ another set of data of pre-populated, managed choices. We are pleased to expand the columns types that are now supported when ‘looking up’ from the other list: Boolean (Yes/No), choice, and multi choice – plus formatting.
