Reminder: Update Email Configurations for Viva Engage Email Domain Migration

Starting October 6, 2025, Viva Engage emails will switch from @yammer.com domains to tenant-specific @engage.mail.microsoft domains. Admins must update mail flow rules, spam filters, and safe sender lists accordingly to ensure proper email delivery and filtering. Users should update personal inbox rules if needed.

Windows 11, version 25H2 is now available via feature updates

Windows 11 version 25H2 is available from September 30, 2025. Upgrading during October (a baseline month) keeps devices eligible for hotpatch updates; upgrading outside baseline months pauses hotpatching until the next baseline. Organizations should schedule upgrades accordingly to maintain hotpatch continuity.

Plan for Change: Removing Intune guided scenarios from the Intune admin center in January 2026

Intune will remove all guided scenarios except Windows 365 Boot from the admin center in January 2026. Existing configurations remain unaffected, and no admin action is needed. Alternative guidance and resources are available for managing Intune policies and apps.
