Users can ask for additional search results during a multi-turn conversation by saying things like “show me more.” Copilot continues from where it left off, pulling in remaining relevant results to maintain context and improve accuracy.
Starting October 2025, Outlook will automatically set up classic Outlook Exchange Online accounts and settings in the new Outlook for Windows in the background, if conditions are met. This feature is on by default, preserves existing settings, and can be managed or disabled by admins via policy.

Rollout starts mid-September 2025, requires no configuration changes, and may affect automation and alert metrics tracking. No compliance issues identified.
Microsoft Purview eDiscovery (Premium) will allow sharing export download links with external users without tenant login, enhancing secure collaboration. Rollout begins mid-September 2025 worldwide and early October 2025 for GCC environments. Admins should review sharing policies and update guidance accordingly.
Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management will add two new email triggers in September 2025 to detect data exfiltration via attachments sent to personal or public email domains. These triggers can be enabled in IRM settings and will update quick policy templates without affecting existing policies. No action required.
The Resource explorer pane in Intune will be renamed to Device inventory in the September (2509) release to better reflect its purpose. This is a UI change only, with no impact on functionality or data. Update documentation and inform IT admins as needed.
The Analyze process mining results with a web client feature for Power Automate has reached general availability. This feature allows you to view and analyze process mining results directly through a web-based interface in the Power Automate Process Mining page.
