Organizers and presenters of these meetings can access intelligent camera views and bring them on the live stage for attendees. Available with Teams Rooms Pro.
New admin controls in Microsoft Clipchamp and Stream allow management of video creation and distribution via five policy settings, including AI text-to-speech, webcam/screen recording, local downloads, and Clipchamp Premium upgrades. Microsoft Purview will introduce a new Service health dashboard in its compliance portal by mid-October 2025, enabling administrators to monitor real-time service health for Purview, Microsoft 365, and Azure services, and submit issues directly. The feature is enabled by default and requires no preparation.
GPT-5 is now available in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, offering dynamic model selection for faster or deeper responses. Users with a Copilot license get priority access via a toggle in Copilot Chat. No admin action is needed, but informing users and updating documentation is recommended.
Microsoft Viva Amplify is reducing the SharePoint publishing limit from 10 to 5 sites to improve performance and reliability. The change, rolling out globally by late August 2025, requires no admin action but may need internal documentation updates. Users can publish in batches if more than 5 sites are needed.
