Microsoft Edge now automatically saves tab groups, making it easier than ever for users to pick up where they left off. Organized tab groups are preserved and ready to revisit anytime, whether a user is switching tasks or restarting the browser. Admins can control the availability of the feature using the “SyncTypesListDisabled” policy with the “openTabs” data type.

This feature release ‘Always-on diagnostics’, captures critical diagnostic data from onboarded endpoint devices running on macOS for EDLP issue reporting. Comprehensive trace logs will be automatically recorded and stored locally on onboarded Mac devices, eliminating the need to reproduce issues when submitting investigation requests to Microsoft. It allows for the collection of detailed traces over extended periods (up to 90 days). While raising tickets to submit investigation requests to Microsoft regarding Microsoft Endpoint DLP, customers can share enhanced diagnostic information with Microsoft without needing to reproduce the exact scenario.

Meeting organizers and presenters can share meeting recap notes and follow-up tasks directly from Teams to SharePoint as a news post, facilitating the seamless sharing of post meeting follow-up details.

Admins can retrieve diagnostic ‘Always-on diagnostic’ traces directly from Windows endpoints and selectively upload them to Microsoft through the Purview Portal at the time of an investigation request such as submitting a support ticket, without disrupting end users or impacting their productivity. This eliminates the need for user coordination while maintaining seamless troubleshooting capabilities
